Job Description:
Use research tools to assist our advertising partners in identifying and understanding their customers’ habits and needs as part of a comprehensive account management system that results in documented account growth.

• Work with account managers from each station to use information and research to their advantage in a customer focused manner.
• Communicate information to the sales teams and our advertising partners on trends and conditions that affect the Atlanta market’s advertising climate.
• Facilitate creative processes using Creative Problem Solving, Marketing Strategy Models and Brainstorming sessions as part of a comprehensive account management system that results in documented growth.
• Be an integral part of achieving and maintaining a sustained creative environment at Cox Radio Atlanta for the benefit of our listeners, employees and advertisers.
• Supervise and work in conjunction with all the key departments involved in our process and procedures to insure that our Key Accounts are receiving the highest possible level of customer focus on a consistent basis.
• Set a positive example of customer focus both internally and externally with a positive, friendly can-do attitude.

Qualifications: Outgoing professional person with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, communication, public relations and computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior experience in media sales, research (3-5 years) with presentation experience, including Power Point is required.

Responsibilities:
Work with existing and new clients to achieve their marketing goals through the creation of traditional and innovative radio advertising campaigns. Assist the radio station in achieving its desired revenue growth by selling advertising time, event sponsorships and web-based programs to existing and new clients. Provide good client service; sell advertising time, event sponsorships and website postings to existing and new clients. Manage all aspects of client's accounts from initial contact through collections and renewal.

Qualifications:
Experience in non-tangible sales a must. Examples include media, financial products, insurance, memberships and other services. Excellent business development and problem-solving skills; should be highly motivated with a deep desire to sell and have a proven record of sales success. College degree preferred. Radio sales experience preferred.

Remote Coordinator Part Time WALR KISS 104.1FM

Job Description KISS 104.1-FM is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented, self-starter to join the KISS 104.1 Promotions Department. The remote coordinator will assist in the development and execution of station remotes and events while reinforcing the station's brand and image to our listeners.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute station events, assemble and break down broadcast equipment, conduct prize fulfillment, coordinate and execute remotes, special appearances and concerts.

Qualifications: Must have solid grasp on customer service. Highly organized and detail oriented. Must be able to work on weekends, nights and holidays. Candidate will be very dependable and possess strong creativity, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to function in a team environment. Must possess a valid Georgia State Drivers License w/ excellent driving record.
