- No charges have been filed in the death of a 10-year-old Fayetteville boy, who died in ICU Sunday after being accidentally shot by his brother the day before outside their home on Edmondson Way. Police say the 12-year-old got their dad's loaded 9mm out of the kitchen and was fooling around with it--when he shot his little brother in the head. The Johnson family issued a statement through their lawyer saying they'll donate the younger boy's organs.
