  • Two Atlanta-area men are in jail this morning after trying to fake the Alpharetta and Marietta police into believing they were spies. The FBI says Michael Garveigh and Louis Joseph Aprile posed as agents with the NSA and the British intel agency, MI-5, claiming to be recruiting for a counter-terrorism task force, and telling the cops they wanted to seize money from two different locations. The officers knew something was fishy when the "agents" told them not to contact the FBI.

  • DeKalb County's former police chief is taking a discrimination complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Terrell Bolton says CEO Burrell Ellis fired him because he has diabetes. Ellis dismissed Bolton in February, saying it was the result of insubordination.

  • An eyewitness account apparently supports a Snellville man's claims that he did not kidnap or rape an Atlanta woman. A couple from England was visiting Gatlinburg, Tennessee at the same time as David Jansen and his alleged victim. They say they saw the woman in Jansen's car, and that she did not seem to be in distress.

  • Gwinnett County police question a possible third victim of an accused child molester, now that 26-year-old Antoine Johnson is under arrest. Police say Johnson lured his victims on MySpace by pretending to be a teenage girl. The pretend "girl" allegedly told the boys online if they did sexual favors for "her" older brother, then they could have sex with her, too. Police say Johnson did volunteer work with Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, which leads authorities to believe there may be more victims.

  • Later this morning, state EPD officials decide if north Georgia's drought is done. They may move to ease water restrictions.

  • Thieves steal computers from an Atlanta high school. Police say the burglars taped over a surveillance camera at Grady High School, smashed through a glass door and got more than two dozen Mac computers.

  • A new deadline for Michael Vick, who returned to bankruptcy court in Virginia Tuesday. The judge set a July 2 date for a hearing on a new plan. If he and his lawyers can't figure it out, the government will seize the rest of Vick's money and property.

  • A man who carjacked his own girlfriend so he could get to court will not face charges--on the carjacking, that is. Lawrenceville Police say Marcus Brown stole the woman's car at gunpoint. She called police, who arrested Brown when he pulled into the parking lot. He'll be facing concealed weapon and suspended license charges.

  • The KISS 104.1 weather forecast: a mix of sun and clouds, high of 92.
