The rapper and his wife were arrested in West Hollywood late Wednesday after cops busted them with pills suspected to be Ecstasy, a police source told the Daily News.

The newlyweds were pulled over on Sunset Blvd. after their Maybach made an illegal U-turn, the source said.

"It was a regular traffic violation. Then deputies smelled marijuana emitting from the car, and that's when the narcotics investigation ensued," Sheriff's spokeswoman Nicole Nishida said.

"They found pills resembling Ecstasy. The pills are being tested."

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., and wife Tameka Cottle were booked and released on $10,000 bail.

TMZ Reports: Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM. Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka.

The couple just got married on July 30 in Miami, and T.I. -- real name Clifford Harris Jr. -- is on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges.

We're told T.I. and Tameka are in custody right now. Bail amount is $10,000.

Francesca Spero - who claims she launched the hip-hop mogul's career - is suing him for $12 million, alleging she was sacked by his firm Bad Boy for being old and disabled, after she was laid up with hip surgery in 2008.

According to the 51 year old's legal claim, Diddy - real name Sean Combs - was "unsympathetic to her condition" and tried to push her out of the company.

In March 2010, she was fired and replaced by a woman much younger who "lacked the skill set and experience Spero brought to the position".

Her lawyer Laurie Berke-Weiss said: "Francesca Spero opened the door for Combs' career and, now that she's 51, he showed her the door at Bad Boy."

Spero says she first met Diddy in 1998, but didn't start working for him until 10 years later when she helped him sign new song writers, get music clearances for corporate endorsements, execute Bad Boy's $38 million deal with Warner Brothers and produce the MTV reality show 'Making the Band'.

The website says it obtained legal documents filed in Martin County on Aug. 27 -- four days after his divorce from Elin Nordegren was finalized.

According to the documents, Tiger lists himself as a "single man" and agrees to pay back the loan by January 15, 2016.

The docs also state that the property spans across three parcels of land and will include a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, multiple pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

VIBE: How'd you bide your time while you were incarcerated?

Ron Isley: My job was to work in the chapel. I sang for them every Monday and I was watching all kinds of spiritual movies and singing for the guys. I had high respect for anyone there.

Was it a recognition thing?

Yeah. When I came there, what Johnny Cash meant to the authorities is what I meant to [the inmates]. But it was a camp. It wasn't a prison with a wall around it or nothing. You could get in your car, drive off and go home [but] you would get in a lot of trouble for leaving without permission. They had other rules where you couldn't have a cell phone but everybody did.

So despite being held there by law, it was a breeze considering where you could have been?

Oh yeah.

Word on the street is that your fly young wife was coming to visit a lot.

Oh yeah. She was there four times a week with my baby. It was regular visits from 9am to 3pm and on all the holidays - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. My daughter and my brother came to visit too. That made it go real fast for me.

A lot of black artists went to jail in the 60s, did you ever get locked up then?

Nah, never. This is the first time where, it wasn't jail but it was the first time I ever been locked up somewhere where couldn't come home.

How, after all these years, did you fall behind on tax payments?

I had a case against the government so they had a case against me. They wanted me to drop my case and I didn't drop it and they won. They won because I couldn't take the stand. I had gotten sick and I don't want to say they won because of that. They win because they can win. Everything was stacked against me but that's over with now.

Tyler Perry... "Not Guilty".

*Tyler Perry has been officially cleared of any plagiarism claims. On Monday, Aug. 23 at the 5^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the judge ruled against a woman, Donna West, who claimed Perry stole her idea for a movie - "The Diary of a Mad Black Woman." However, the judge ruled that no improper conduct occurred on the account of the filmmaker.

West attempted to get Perry caught up back in 08 in a Texas court, but the judge concluded she lacked evidence that supported her claim. She said the movie was taken from her play, "Fantasy of a Black Woman."

The playwright launched an appeal against the verdict but on Monday, August 23, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled there was no improper conduct in the trial, according to the Associated Press.

Two weeks after Fantasia Barrino overdosed on aspirin in an attempt to take her life, the 26-year-old singer opened up in an exclusive interview on what drove her to her breaking point.

"I think I was just overloaded with everything, with carrying six years of so much," Barrino said on "Good Morning America." "I always take a licking and keep on ticking...it just became heavy for me to the point that I just wanted to be away from the noise."

The 2004 "American Idol" winner said that feelings of hurt, pain, loneliness and trust issues had built up over the years and overwhelmed her.

"There's so much that people don't understand. They just see the glitz and the glamour, and they feel like life is so perfect, but we're human and we go through things," she said, listing the loss of her career and management among the major blows.

But court documents obtained by ABC News show that Nordegren hired eight attorneys from three cities and London while Woods employed just one. Nordegren has also formally returned to using her maiden name.

The actor and entertainment mogul who is the creative force behind TBS sitcoms "Meet the Browns" and "House of Payne," may soon take up residence in north Fulton County. Perry is the new owner of Dean Gardens, a 58-acre estate on Old Alabama Road in Johns Creek, according to a person with direct knowledge of the deal.

The $7.6 million property sale was completed in late July, according to FMLS, the local real estate listing service, but the buyer was not named. The house, most recently assessed at $6.5 million, took more than four years to build. Off and on the market for 15 years, it was to have been the dream home of the former property owner Larry Dean and his former wife, Lynda, but they separated not long after construction was completed.

Perry's publicist did not respond to e-mails for comment.

"There is a buzz around town," said Mike Bodker, mayor of Johns Creek. "I've not officially heard, but if it is true, I'm sure the citizens of Johns Creek will gladly and openly welcome Mr. Perry."

"Antwaun would be remiss not to address the criticism and judgment he has received," Cook's lawyer, Nicole Sodoma, said Wednesday in a statement to Access Hollywood.

The statement went on to attempt to remove the singer, who was hospitalized last week after a medication overdose, from the couple's marital drama.

"[Paula and Antwaun] expected their marriage to stand the test of time. Unfortunately, like many marriages, it did not turn out as planned," the statement continued. "In late summer 2009, after years of discussion, the parties separated with the intention of no longer being married... the failure of his marriage can in no way be blamed on anyone except the two people that were a part of the union - Paula and Antwaun."

*Michael Jackson's father is appealing a court decision which says that he has no right to object to the executors of his son's will.

Joe Jackson's lawyer Brian Oxman filed papers at the 2nd District Court of Appeals in California last Friday (Aug. 13) to object to the decision made by the Probate Court in November 2009.

Joe - who had objected to executors John Branca and John McClain, accusing them of fraud and embezzlement, which the pair strongly deny - was told at a previous hearing he could not make any complaints because he was intentionally left out of his late son's will.

However, in the documents for the appeal Joe claims he was "not treated with dignity and worth" when the case was dismissed last November.

According to TMZ, the appeal alleges that Joe was denied "due process in not according him a hearing where he could present evidence of his standing." Lawyers for Jackson - who had a tumultuous relationship with his late son - insist he was financially dependant on the superstar and should therefore have a right to object to the appointment of the men who are making financial decisions for the estate.

Chris Brown's comeback just got a BIG boost.

Record producer Bryan Michael Cox has hinted in a YouTube video that Usher and Chris Brown will tour together, Billboard reports.

"Usher and the boy Chris Brown are going on tour, y'all know that, right?" Cox asked viewers on a video, which was posted Tuesday.

Billboard said the video was filmed by Atlanta producer Jermaine Dupri, who tells Cox, "They might don't know that," to which Cox replies, "I might've just gave y'all some exclusive s--t."

The report could not be confirmed, but Brown and Usher hinted at the possible tour on Twitter. "What would you guys say if me and usher went on tour?" Brown tweeted, while Usher responded, "If you could see Usher perform live with anyone -- who would it be?"

*Fantasia Barrino's manager released a statement saying the singer's overdose Monday night was caused by a combination of aspirin and a sleep aid.

According to the statement reported by TMZ, Fantasia ingested the medication after feeling "overwhelmed by the lawsuit and the media attention" surrounding her relationship with married boyfriend Antwaun Cook.

"Last night, Fantasia was hospitalized. She took an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid. Her injuries are not life threatening," the statement read. "She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time. Fantasia is stable now. She will be released from the hospital soon."

Addressing the sex scandal, the rep also explains that Fantasia "believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere."

Fantasia's manager also stated: "Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly."

*Fantasia's management has come forward to deny claims that she caused the divorce of Antwaun Cook, the married man she's been seen with in recent paparazzi pics and alleged sex tapes.

"Fantasia is certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of the Cooks' marriage," the singer's manager, Brian Dickens, said in a statement.

Antwaun Cook's wife, however, is adamant that the "American Idol" champ is solely to blame.

In her divorce petition filed last Wednesday, Paula Cook singles out Fantasia's "covert adulterous affair" with her husband as the reason for their breakup, stating that Fantasia once told her over the phone, "He don't want you. Maybe the next time that you get a husband you'll know how to keep him. That's why he is here with me."

Cook claims that the affair began in August 2009 and that her "Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit sexual activity."

According to WCNC-TV in Charlotte, N.C., North Carolina is one of seven states where an alleged "other woman" can be sued. (Illinois, where Gabrielle Union was sued by Dwayne Wade's wife, appears to be another.)

Court documents claim a local singer who won "American Idol" is accused of making a sex tape with a married man.
 
Fantasia Barrino is also named in a lawsuit between that man and his wife.
 
Judging by the photos on the Internet, Barrino and Antwuan Cook have not been shy about their relationship.

The complaint filed Wednesday by Cook's wife says their affair started in August 2009, a few months after Barrino gave NewsChannel 36 an interview and described the kind of man she was looking for.
 
"Show you genuine love, care about you, know when you're sick, just be there for you," Barrino told us in May 2009.
 
Barrino may have found that love in Cook, but he's married.

His wife, Paula Cook, has filed a complaint seeking custody of the couple's two young children, ages 1 and 4, along with child support and alimony.

The complaint references a sex tape as one possible element to prove an affair. Court documents say the "Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit sexual activity."
