Cash Call Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Cash Call Contest ("Contest") begins on April 14, 2008 and concludes on June 20, 2008(the "Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal State of GA. Residents who are 18 years of age or older with a valid State of Georgia issued ID Card. Employees, agencies, representatives, affiliates, and immediate families of Cox Radio, Inc., Cox Enterprises, Inc., and any official contest/promotion participant, and employees of other radio stations licensed to communities in the Atlanta market of the same are not eligible. To be eligible to win, each winner will be required to sign a release giving Cox Radio, Inc. permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for all publicity purposes connected with this promotion without additional compensation. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release as a condition of winning. Where applicable, tax forms must be completed. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept decisions of WALR-FM and the judges as final in all matters relating to this Contest.

WALR-FM and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, Officers, directors, shareholders, and agents are not responsible for any human error, mistakes, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by WALR-FM or its agents.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period cash call numbers will be announced at approximately 10:15am, 12:15pm, and 2:15pm and again at 3:15pm, 4:15pm and 5:15pm. Each entrant must call (404)741-0104 and be the fourteenth (14th) caller to correctly identify the three (3) numbers in the order they were announced on KISS 104.1 to win $1000 instantly. BONUS BUZZER: If so desired, listeners may enroll to be a KISS Club Member. If you are a KISS Club Member who wins the cash call contest and while playing the contest on-air hear the bonus buzzer, you could be eligible to win between $500 and $1000 additional prize money. NOTE: Enrollment to KISS Club must take place prior to winning to be eligible to win bonus. Registering for the KISS Club does not increase chances of winning the cash call contest. There is no cost associated with registering for the KISS Club. Limit one winner per household each ninety (90) days during the Contest Period. Potential winners must comply with all eligibility requirements. WGCL-TV/CBS-46: During the first week of the cash call contest, contestants may view the 11pm newscast (April 13th – April 17th )on WGCL-TV/CBS-46 for a list of the next days cash call numbers that will play during afternoon drive (3pm – 7pm) on KISS 104.1.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Each Winner will receive a guaranteed cash prize of $1000 in the form of a check from WALR-FM. Bonus Buzzer of between $500 and $1000 offered to eligible entrants throughout contest period. Total of one hundred ten thousand five hundred sixty dollars offered during contest period. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges and agrees that the prices of products and services offered as prizes often fluctuate. Winners further agree that the value stated in these Official Rules for the prize or prizes offered reflects the good faith estimate of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding for all purposes relating to the Contest, including the reporting of prize values to the Internal Revenue Service. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.

JUDGING: All decisions of the judges are final. Winners' names may be broadcast after giving the three (3) numbers in the order they were announced. Winners will be required to timely execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and IRS Form W-9. Failure to complete any requested document within thirty (30) days of winning will cause prize to be forfeited. If a prize notification letter is returned or deemed undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. All taxes and other expenses incurred are the Winners' sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. WALR-FM will have the right to use the Cash Call Contest Winners in all ads, promotions, marketing material, TV, radio, and print ads as it deems appropriate without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS: WALR-FM is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in printing, the offering or administration of the Contest, or in the announcement, awarding or acceptance of prizes. WALR-FM have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Contest (including, without limitation, any travel related hereto). All trademarks are used herein for identification purposes only, and are the property of their respective owners. Information supplied by entrants is used only for the purpose of judging entries and to notify winners, and will be not be reused, sold or shared in any manner by WALR-FM without permission. CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants (a) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the WALR-FM which shall be final in all respects; (b) release Cox Radio, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies, their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification. By participating, entrants agree to irrevocably assign and transfer all rights, title and interest in and to the entry, including but not limited to, copyrights to WALR-FM. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to use of prizes. Winners consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree that their entry will be owned by Cox Radio, Inc. and its designees shall have the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry in any way including in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, without limitation and without compensation to the entrant. Entrants represent that their entries and WALR-FM's use thereof, will not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.

WINNERS: Winners must present a legal form of photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc) before prize will be distributed. Prizes must be claimed at the WALR-FM studios located at 1601 W. Peachtree St., Atlanta, GA 30309. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (excluding holidays). Winners have 30 days to claim prize. Prizes will not be mailed.
