| Twanda Black began her career in radio more than 20 years ago in Atlanta at WIGO, which was "The Heart & Soul " of Atlanta. She moved to her hometown of Tampa, Florida in 1986 to work fulltime at WRXB and WTMP. Twanda has held many positions in radio over the years including; production manager, promotions manager, music director and today is the Public Affairs Director for KISS 104.1 FM in Atlanta. As the liasion between the station and the community, she hosts the public affairs talk show "Business in the Black" every Sunday morning from 5am-7am. In addition to her Public Affairs responsibilities, Twanda hosts "Good News Gospel" weekday mornings from 4am-5:30am, just before the "Tom Joyner Morning Show" and every Sunday morning from 7am-12 noon.
Twanda loves that she gets to use her Public Relations and Communications degrees earned at Berry College on a daily basis. "I love that I interact with different people and organizations every day," says Black. Twanda volunteers her time and talents to many organizations. She can often be found in and around the ATL hosting ceremonies, parties, shows, church events, awards dinners etc.
